Terms of Service

1. The service

AEO Audit Tracker ("we", "us") provides two tools: (a) scheduled checks that query AI assistants with web search to record whether your brand is recommended for phrases you choose, and (b) a free generator for spec-compliant llms.txt and llms-full.txt files. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record: Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, and Creem's terms govern payment processing, chargebacks and billing data. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

3. Fees, cancellations and refunds

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in USD. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Creem at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation and refund requests go to support@grasswoods.app; refunds for unused time are at our discretion and we aim to honour a 14-day money-back request on a first payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights in the data you submit (site URLs, phrases, and your site's content that we crawl). You grant us the rights needed to provide the service: storing that data, sending it to AI model providers to run checks, and generating llms.txt files from it. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit.

6. Third-party AI providers

Checks are performed by third-party AI models with web search. Their outputs reflect those models and the web at the time of the check; we do not guarantee any particular result, mention, or ranking, and we are not responsible for what AI assistants say. AEO Audit Tracker is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, or any AI model provider.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available continuously but provide no uptime commitment. Scheduled checks may be delayed or missed due to outages, provider limits or maintenance; missed checks resume on later runs.

8. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make based on check results.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

10. Contact and governing law

Questions: support@grasswoods.app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Payments are governed by Creem's terms as the merchant of record.
